All orders are carefully processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Please note that processing times exclude weekends and federal holidays, so orders placed during these times will experience a slight delay before shipment.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States and do not offer international shipping or local pickup options. Shipping methods are designed to provide flexibility and convenience for our customers, offering both standard and expedited delivery options.

Estimated Shipping Times:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping, while expedited shipping charges depend on the selected option. All domestic shipping fees are included in your checkout total; there are no additional duties or taxes for U.S. deliveries.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor your package every step of the way. Please note that while we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing your order at info@pelagornesse.com. Orders that are lost or damaged during transit will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
